about: I've been called to minister to the poor in my community. Since I was a small child I've been fascinated with the "bum's" and "hobo's". In my teens I lived on the streets of San Francisco and experienced prejudice against the poor upon my own person. As a young woman, raising children alone, it became apparent to me that it is the love of God that takes away our fear of poverty. As an elder woman I teach through example the love that Jesus has for every human, especially those who can understand our need of Him.
